Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Select local pickup on the first page of the checkout page before entering in your card info! Local pickup is near Downtown Olathe, KS!

 

Where do you ship?

United States only at this time. Hopefully more places in the future!

How long does shipping take?

There are different options at checkout depending on how fast you want to receive your order. If you spend $150.00 or more, you earn free Standard Shipping which is typically 3 to 4 business days!

How do I track my order?

You will get an order confirmation email that will include a link to track your order!

 

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please read and follow the directions on the Return Policy page. In short, you have 21 days to return your item from the date of delivery and the buyer is responsible for providing the shipping label.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return!

Can I exchange for a different size?

We currently do not accept exchanges, however if you want a different size, you can return the size you received (following our Return Policy) and order the correct size you want.

Will you ever pack orders on TikTok or IG Live?

Yes! TikTok requires you to have 1,000 followers before going live on a business account, but once our TikTok gets the live feature, there will be live packing parties! In the mean time, you might find us occasionally on IG Live to pack orders! (PS - go follow us on TikTok and Instagram! )

Do you offer plus sizes?

While not every style will have extended sizing, we offer plus sizes when available! In the listing description of each item, the fit of the item will be listed. If you are unsure if something will fit you, please email us or send us a DM on any of our socials and we will do our best to help!

What items are non-returnable?

These items are non-returnable.

How do I send an order as a gift?

Please leave a note at checkout in the comment box at checkout with their name and state that it is a gift. Make sure the shipping address and name is correct at the checkout page for who and where you are wanting it delivered!
